School meal pick up for remote learning

The Kenai Peninsula Borough School District is offering meals for pick-up for students who are attending school remotely. The program is available to students enrolled in traditional brick and mortar schools and attending remotely.

With Seward and Moose Pass schools currently in a medium risk status, meals are available for pick up on Wednesday’s between 10 and 10:30 a.m. Pick up in Seward is at the top of Sea Lion Drive on the Middle School side. Pick up in Moose Pass is at the Moose Pass School.

Pickup is curbside at the school. If the student is not present, the individual picking up the food must have the student’s ID. When you pick up your meals, please wear cloth face coverings and keep a distance of six feet or more between yourself and others whenever possible.

Meals must be ordered by noon on Friday for pick up the following week.

If local schools go to a high-risk status, pick up will change to daily.
