Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) classes – Strength, balance, and fitness class for adults 60+ taught by Rachel Dow via zoom beginning Monday, March 15 for six weeks. Class 1 takes place on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:30 10:30 a.m. and Class 2 on Tuesday and Thursdays 9:30-10:30 a.m. Call the Senior Center at (907) 224-5604 to sign up for the six week session. Students will be required to have rubber tubing, hand weights, and tablet to access zoom for class instruction. Students will also need to sign a medical waiver/health questionnaire.
