Virginia Lee Hansen

Virginia Lee Hansen was loved and surrounded by family. Her passions in life were crocheting blankets, berry picking, fishing, road trips, and meeting new people. Her hobbies were ice fishing, lots of bingo and pull-tab rippies, and going to activities at the Qutekcak Native Tribal office.

She loved long road trips and looking for wildlife on the way to her destination. When she arrived, she would tell you what and how many wildlife she saw with a huge smile on her face.

She enjoyed seeing all her grandkids, great grandkids, and great-great grandkids.

She always looked for a yard sale, going beach combing, loved gardening, and evenings by a campfire with visitors and reminiscing. She loved cooking and teaching us on how to cook and process jarred jellies like how it was taught to her.

She is proceeded in death by her mother, Hilda Jackson; father, Alexander Jackson; brothers Eric Jackson and Albert Jackson; and sister Hilda Clark. Her first husband Charles Jackson Sr., and second husband Chris Roy Hansen, Sr. Daughter Bernadette Marie Jackson; son Craig (Buzzy) Douglas Jackson; and grandson Floyd Lee Hamerick Jr.

Virginia leaves behind Charles James Jackson, Jr., Cheryl Lackey, Russell Jackson, Sharon Copeland, Kevin Wayne Jackson, Chris R. Hansen, Jr., Sandra Hansen, and Eric R. Hansen. 16 grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Virginia was well loved and will be missed greatly. May you rest in peace, until we see you again mom, we love you so much.
